Our Spring Open House tradition dates back to when our studio was rarely open to visitors - these special occasions were the only times the public could experience glassblowing firsthand. Today, we're delighted to continue this tradition at our Bermondsey Street gallery and studio launching new collections by Peter Layton and Tim Rawlinson.

Our celebrated Silent Auction returns - a highlight of the London Glassblowing calendar! This unique event offers a rare opportunity to acquire exceptional pieces from Peter Layton's personal 'Highlight' collection, alongside distinctive works from Tim Rawlinson and our talented resident and guest artists.

Bonhams features masterworks by David Reekie, Dale Chihuly, and William Morris, while London Glassblowing's companion exhibition highlights founder Peter Layton alongside emerging talents. London Glassblowing and the Contemporary Glass Society present "Mirage," an exhibition exploring the extraordinary optical illusions possible in contemporary glass art.

We were pleased to announce our continuing participation in Collect, the Crafts Council’s International Art Fair for Contemporary Objects. It is one of the world’s most influential and prestigious showcases for contemporary craft and design.

Following our participation at Collect Art Fair, at Somerset House. Gather presented a bold exploration of contemporary glass art. This curation illustrates how our artists transcend conceptual and technical limitations to create their extraordinary works.

Following our groundbreaking debut at PAD London, we present Le Verre exhibition, featuring acclaimed works from PAD alongside pieces from additional distinguished artists, showcasing exceptional contemporary glass artistry.

London Glassblowing participated in the prestigious PAD London Design fair at Berkeley Square, Mayfair. We showcased extraordinary works from our talented makers alongside international designers and galleries.

In August, London Glassblowing was thrilled to present 'Glass Heaven' - an exhibition that brought together two remarkable artists from different eras; Peter Layton and Tim Rawlinson.

London Glassblowing presented Planet Earth, a captivating exhibition paying homage to our planet's beauty. Artists showcased glass works inspired by nature's wonders, celebrating Earth's magnificent biodiversity.

London Glassblowing exhibited at Collect's 20th Anniversary Art Fair, a leading international showcase for contemporary objects. The studio presented exceptional works by Britain's finest glass artists at this influential annual event.

We were honoured to exhibit Peter Layton's archived installation 'Battery' in the highly anticipated 2024 exhibition The Glass Heart, which took place at Two Temple Place. This also featured a breathtaking new installation from our resident artist Louis Thompson in collaboration with Sophie Thomas.
